WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Full payment must be paid by bank transfer within 24 hours of you receiving an email from us, after 24 hours of no payment your order will be cancelled and you will have to re-order again and await confirmation.

Your confirmation email from us will contain details about how to pay and the address for collection.

WHAT IS OUR CANCEL OR RETURN POLICY?

We do not accept returns, once you have collected your order it is your responsibility to take care of it. If you are not happy with your order please get in contact with us and we will be more than happy to discuss a solution. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be eligble for a full refund (If you ordered personalised toppers, they will not be refunded) 3 days prior to collection day. Cancellation after 3 days prior to collection day you will only recieve a 50% refund IF the order was resold.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE AGREED TIME?

Failure to pick up your order at the agreed time and date with little or no communication, your order will be resold after one hour of no contact. You will only be elgible for a partial refund IF the order is resold.

WHAT IS THE ALLERGEN ADVICE?

Please notify us of any allergies or intolerances. Some products may be suitable, but we have a range of ingredients in the kitchen that may cross-contaminate. Therefore we can not 100% guarantee that your order will be allergen-free.

DO YOU OFFER LOYALTY CARDS?

After your second purchase, you can request a loyalty card which includes a discount every time you order!
